The Atulya IT Park being developed on Khandwa Road is emerging as a landmark infrastructure project in Madhya Pradesh, featuring a 21-storey building that will be the tallest IT park structure in Central India. Developed by MPIDC, the project is part of a larger integrated IT infrastructure plan aimed at boosting the state’s technology and innovation ecosystem. Alongside the 21-storey tower, a separate IT Park-4 is also under construction with a 9-storey structure. The IT Park-3 development spans 11 lakh square feet of built-up area with an estimated cost of ₹550 crore. According to officials, nearly 70 percent of the construction work has already been completed, with an expenditure of around ₹394 crore so far.
Work is currently underway on the 14th floor, along with supporting infrastructure such as STP facilities, boundary walls, water tanks, and other utilities. The project is expected to be completed by December 2026 and is projected to generate around 10,000 employment opportunities. Once completed, the 21-storey building will serve as a modern, integrated IT hub equipped with advanced facilities including recreational zones, crèche services, walkways, full CCTV surveillance, EV charging stations, commercial spaces, shopping areas, and food courts.
Officials say the project is designed to attract IT and IT-enabled services companies, startups, and innovation-driven industries by providing world-class office infrastructure. It is also expected to enhance IT exports from the state and create high-skilled job opportunities for local youth, enabling more professionals to work within the region. IT Park-4 has also seen significant development, with around 1 lakh square feet of built-up area completed at an approved cost of ₹47 crore, further strengthening Madhya Pradesh’s growing position as an emerging IT destination.
