India-England Next ODI Series Begins on July 14, Rohit and Virat Return Against England

After suffering a 0-4 defeat in the recently concluded T20I series against England, Team India will now shift its focus to the three-match ODI series, beginning on July 14, 2026. The series marks the much-awaited return of Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli, who now feature only in the ODI format, making their comeback a major attraction for cricket fans. Kohli is set to play his first competitive match since IPL 2026, while Rohit returns after his last ODI appearance against Afghanistan.

The ODI series will begin at Edgbaston, Birmingham on July 14, followed by the second match at Sophia Gardens, Cardiff on July 16, and the final ODI at the iconic Lord’s Cricket Ground, London, on July 19. India, led by Shubman Gill, will look to bounce back strongly after the disappointing T20I campaign, while England will aim to carry their winning momentum into the 50-over format. With two cricketing giants—Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli—back in action, the series promises to be a thrilling contest between two of the world’s top ODI sides.
