Hyderabad is receiving a major visual upgrade ahead of the Telangana Rising Global Summit on December 8–9 at Bharat Future City. The Congress government is transforming key landmarks with advanced lighting, digital projections and cultural displays to welcome delegates from India and abroad. Charminar and Kacheguda Railway Station will showcase themed light projections, while the state secretariat will feature a 3D mapping show on Telangana’s development. At Durgam Cheruvu, a floating globe projection is being installed and Hussain Sagar will present water-screen visuals featuring initiatives like women’s empowerment, youth-farmer programs, Bharat Future City and the state’s $3 trillion economy goal.
To guide visitors, large digital LED screens are being set up from Shamshabad Airport to the summit venue, along with 1,500 summit flags and 3D anamorphic artworks along major routes. A 50-meter digital tunnel will visually showcase the Musi purification project. Ten information stalls across the city will offer brochures, visual displays, and details on the Future City Plan, with volunteers assisting citizens and providing daily summit updates. With these wide-ranging preparations, Hyderabad is ready to present itself as a modern, globally connected destination.
