Andhra Pradesh Signs 7 Key AI Pacts in Delhi, Focuses on Education & Skill Development

The Government of Andhra Pradesh has signed seven significant agreements at the AI Impact Summit in New Delhi, marking a major push toward strengthening artificial intelligence capabilities across the state. The agreements primarily focus on higher education, advanced skill development, and school transformation initiatives. The Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) and Letters of Intent were signed in the presence of Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu. According to an official press release, most of the partnerships are directly aimed at upgrading higher education systems, promoting cutting-edge skill training, and integrating digital transformation into school education.

Key collaborations were signed with global and national institutions including IBM, UNICC, NIELIT, IIT Madras, BharatGen, and Wadhwani Foundation. In addition, the state signed an agreement with Cavli AI to enhance AI and digital innovation capabilities across more than 50 higher education institutions in Andhra Pradesh. With these agreements, Andhra Pradesh aims to position itself as a leading AI-driven education and innovation hub, aligning academic ecosystems with future-ready technologies and workforce demands.
