Vodafone Idea (Vi), the country’s third-largest telecom operator, has introduced an affordable prepaid data voucher priced at just ₹44, offering customers both data and OTT benefits. The new plan is being positioned as one of the cheapest options in the market that bundles mobile data with streaming access. Under the ₹44 recharge plan, users get 1GB of high-speed data with a validity of one day. While the short validity may seem limited, the key highlight is the complimentary one-month subscription to JioHotstar Mobile, allowing users to stream the latest movies, web series, and live content at no extra cost.
It is important to note that this is a data-only voucher, meaning it does not include calling or SMS benefits. The data remains valid until 11:59 PM on the day of activation. The OTT subscription, however, continues for a full month, making the plan attractive for users who want budget-friendly entertainment access. Currently, the ₹44 prepaid voucher is available only for customers in the Gujarat circle. Vi may expand availability to other regions based on demand. The telecom operator also offers several other data vouchers bundled with JioHotstar benefits for users looking for extended data and streaming options.
